To receive a Class F motorcycle license or endorsement, you must apply, submit the documentation, pay the fees, and pass the vision screening, the knowledge exam, and the motorcycle rider skills test. The rider skills test is waived for applicants who successfully complete the West Virginia Motorcycle Safety Program.

Tests are scheduled through the DMV. The motorcycle knowledge test contains 25 questions about road rules and safe riding practices. You must answer 20 of the questions correctly to pass.
